Varably Terms and Conditions

1. Accepting these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you access or use Varably, including its mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, providing accurate account information, and all activity that occurs through your account. You must be old enough to use the Service under the laws that apply to you. Contact Varably through its official website if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as photos, reviews, messages, event or place details, and travel plans. You give Varably permission to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Content shared publicly or with a group may be visible to other people according to your settings and the feature you use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, harass or threaten others, share harmful or misleading material, impersonate someone, distribute malware, or interfere with the Service or its security. Varably may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service.
5. Places, events, and location
Information about places and events may be submitted by users or provided by third parties. It can be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate; verify important details directly with the relevant organizer or venue. The Service is not a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for your decisions and personal safety when traveling or attending an event. Location-based features may require access to your device location, which you can manage through your device settings.
6. Optional paid features
If paid features are offered, their price, billing terms, and any applicable cancellation or renewal details will be shown when you sign up. Those details form part of your agreement for that feature. Do not assume a paid feature is available unless it is presented as available in the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, maps, content, or websites. Those services are controlled by their own providers and terms. Varably is not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. Privacy
Our handling of information about you is described in Varably’s Privacy Policy. Review that policy to understand what information is collected and how it is used.
9. Availability and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Some content or information may remain where required by law or needed for legitimate operational purposes.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Varably is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date shown here when we do. Continued use of the Service after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
